Corn Tortilla, Hummus, Onion, Jalapeno, yellow/red peppers, avocado, olive oil, avocado oil, Greek yogurt, sriracha, egg, salt, pepper

Instructions
Take corn tortilla and brush with olive oil and crack salt and pepper on it, cook over an open flame until crisp. Set aside. Hummus is added on top of the tortilla, spread on thick, drizzle with olive oil. In a pan bring 2 tables spoons of avocado oil to high temp, add half onion chopped, one jalapeno finely chopped, and red/yellow peppers ½ cup, add to pan and Sautee. Once it cooks down for about 5 minutes add on top the hummus, mix together 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and 1 table spoon of sriracha in a small bowl, set aside. Poach egg and add right on top of the pitza. Add one spoon full of Greek yogurt mix to the top of the poached egg. Crack pepper over the entire dish. Enjoy.
