As a trail runner/health coach and fitness trainer (and mama to boot), I aim to make healthy, nutrient-dense foods that fuel me, as well as fuel my kids for their active lives. I created this recipe to be a healthy fuel food as well as be a tasty treat after school, or dessert after dinner. They have low sugar, and it's natural sweetness, tons of protein, and healthy fiber. Hope you enjoy!
